Trip Registration — Step-by-Step
Follow these simple steps to get ready for your next Adventures Unbound trip!
1. Complete Your Traveler Forms
Every traveler must have current registration forms on file:
- Traveler Information Form
- Consent to Give Care
- Medication Administration Record
Download forms for Travelers. Once complete, email forms to info@AdventuresUnboundTravel.com.
Already completed your forms this year? You're all set—move to Step 2!
2. Choose Your Trip
Visit the Trip Registration page and select the trip(s) you'd like to attend.
Wheelchair Users: If the traveler cannot transfer from their wheelchair into a vehicle seat, please select the WHEELCHAIR USER registration option.
3. Register Online
Complete the online registration for your selected trip.
No payment is required on the website at registration.
4. Pay Your Invoice
After registering, we'll email you an invoice for payment.
Once payment is received, your registration will be confirmed.
5. Trip Full? Join the Waitlist!
Don't see the trip you want? It's currently full—but join the waitlist!
If a spot opens, we'll reach out. If enough travelers join the waitlist, we may add a second trip!
